About the event
After the success of our last two nutrition workshops we're back with another one, this time focused on fuelling performance in long distance endurace events, and more specifically, the Liverpool Half Marathon 2024.Â
Our very own performance nutrition expert Jay will be taking us through the do's and don't of half marathon nutrition strategies, as well as answering any questions you may have about your own individual approach to the race. Topics that will be covered include:
- What to eat in the 2-3 days leading up to the race
- Pre race nutritionÂ
- Intra race nutrition
- Post race/recovery nutrition
- Hydration strategies
- Supplement recommendations/suggestionsÂ
The talk is FREE to all members, and non-members can attend for £10, payable on the day at the Limitless cafe.
