Join us on Saturday, 28th June for a fun-filled day at Formby Beach! The day will be packed with activities and is perfect for everyone, friends and family are welcome too.
- Meeting Time: 10:00 AM at Formby Beach
- Activities: We’ll kick off the day with a morning circuit, followed by a refreshing cold water dip.
- Games & Relaxation: Enjoy beach games, time to relax, and chat with the group.
- Picnic & Drinks: We'll gather for a big picnic and a few drinks to round off the day.
You can take the train to Formby and follow the path to the beach. If you need a lift, let us know, and we can arrange a ride from the gym.
