We created the Limitless Recovery Suite because every time we wanted to prioritise our recovery we could only find overcrowded, unclean facilities without any personal touch and often left us feeling more stressed than when we went in.
Our suite was built with one purpose: To offer premium facilities and an excellent service that allows you to intentionally recover in a space with a limited capacity so you can switch off from daily life and reconnect with yourself.
Since we have opened we have had numerous HYROX World Champions, UFC fighters, MMA world champions, BJJ European champions and contenders and other local athletes utilise our suite.
We have put a huge emphasis on the smaller details that make our recovery suite experience the best around such as providing you with a towel, private changing and showering facilities, complimentary anti-inflammatory ginger shots and immune boosting collagen shots.

Our Recovery Suite offers you the choice of a traditional Swedish sauna, 2 infrared saunas, 2 ice baths (5°C & 10°C) and our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber (HBOT) We provide you with a towel on arrival and for the HBOT we provide you with your first mask to keep and reuse.
Regular traditional sauna use helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, reduce inflammation and support deep recovery. The heat encourages a heavy, cleansing sweat that boosts detoxification, relieves stress and improves sleep quality.
Infrared saunas use gentle, penetrating heat to reduce inflammation, ease muscle soreness and support faster recovery. The deep warmth improves circulation, boosts detoxification, promotes clearer skin and helps calm the nervous system for better sleep and lower stress.
Cold water exposure triggers a powerful physiological response that reduces inflammation, boosts circulation and accelerates recovery after training. The cold stimulates the release of endorphins, helping improve mood, mental clarity and strengthens the immune system,
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy delivers oxygen at a higher pressure, allowing your body to absorb significantly more than it can at normal air levels. HBOT reduces inflammation, improves sleep quality, accelerates tissue healing and supports deeper recovery after training, injury or periods of high stress. It increases circulation, enhances immune function and improves the body’s ability to produce energy at a cellular level.
